OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

In order to improve the quality of journal management and services, we hereby announce that Pakuan Law Review (PALAR) has officially migrated its journal management system from OJS 2 to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.

Effective immediately, all processes including manuscript submission, peer review, editing, and publication are conducted through the new OJS 3 platform at the following official website:

https://palar-fhukum.unpak.ac.id/index.php/palar/index

Please be advised that the PALAR journal hosted on OJS 3 is the same official and continuing journal as the previous PALAR journal (OJS 2). This migration does not change the journal’s identity, scope, ISSN, or legal standing. The upgrade has been implemented solely to enhance editorial management quality, system security, review transparency, and user accessibility for authors, reviewers, and readers.

The previous OJS 2 website (https://journal.unpak.ac.id/index.php/palar) is no longer used for new manuscript submissions.

We kindly encourage all authors, reviewers, and readers to use the new OJS 3 platform and update their accounts accordingly to ensure a smooth publication process.
